YUM YUM YUM! We visited Ruth’s Chris for the “Prime Time Menu” (get there before 6 PM). We both had the Caesar Salad (creamy and garlicky), the Petite Filets (hot, juicy and delicious). DH had sauteed mushrooms (firm and flavorful), I had the creamed spinach (fabulous consistency, great flavor). I had teh raspberry sherbert, he had the bread pudding. Very small portions, but at the end of this meal, it’s all that’s needed.

Service was polite and adequate. No waiting, no pushing, but not engaging. Fine for us.

    Loved it, and will return!

After driving so many miles around the island, we decided to walk from the Wailea Beach Villas and visit a restaurant we have in Houston. We knew the quality would be good. We did the $39/$49 (if you want a 11 oz steak instead of 8 oz) prix fix menu which was wonderful! We began our meal with crisp and tasty caesar salads. The filet steaks were thick, juicy and full of flavor unlike the Maui Cattle Company meat we had tried earlier in the week. Side orders of creamy garlic mashed potatoes and succulent mushrooms were great additions. Skip on the bread pudding as it contained too many raisins, but splurge on the chocolate lava cake or creme brulee for $3.95 more.

The restaurant does not have a view, but we were still able to witness a spectacular Maui sunset inside. Service was great and I would highly recommend!
