Every few months we host a big shebang in our home and serve Molly’s Maui Mai Tai.

We invite all of our friends and family on Maui … and any book reader who lives on island or is visiting at that time!

“Your party was so great it caused a tsunami!”
– Rebecca H. Kihei, HI

The crowd is always fun, and interesting … and the mai tais are poured over crushed ice. You can read more here.

If you book your vacation around our party, you won’t be the first!

We don’t have the next date picked yet, but we’ll post it here when we do.

If you would like to attend, please use the contact form and choose Mai Tai Party as the subject line. We’ll send you the details as time gets closer!

Looking forward to seeing you!

    Aloha Molly & James:

Just bought your book (Kindle version) and only stopped reading momentarily to come and tell you how much I love it. Hawai’i is my home (North Shore O’ahu), but I live in So. Calif. now. We’re so excited to be going back to Maui for the first time since our 1 year anniversary 28 years ago. This trip is a “Sky’s The Limit” wish trip (we like the sound of that better than “bucket list”) for our son’s best friend; 21 years old, who has been battling cancer for two years. Many people worked hard at fundraisers to make this dream trip a reality for our young friend. Your book, with all of its great advice, will be a godsend for the whole group of us (4 parents, 4 young men) because we have to make every cent and every precious minute count so that the boys have the best and most memorable trip of their lives. Your reviews will help us miss what needs to be missed and hit what needs to be hit, without wasting any time. I’m only sad that we’ll be missing your Mai Tai party by a mere two weeks as we arrive on May 30th. Many mahalos for your diligent and passionate labor of love. We will use it in very good spirits and with much joy!

Thank you for your kind words, Pua. I hope you and your young friend have a wonderful time on Maui, and I hope you eat well. Much joy to you, and we will keep you all in our thoughts.

Oh darn, we’re arriving on the 14th….

I’m hoping to get into Sensei in Kapalua this trip. Last time we had a prospective wait of way too long and ended up at Roy’s, which was not too bad.

    Hi Molly,
I wanted you to know that I got my book in the mail. You and your hubby did a fantastic job. It’s very informative and easy to navigate. I don’t like to read books per-say so this is great for me! Hubby reads a lot and he likes it too. I’m going to put post-its on some of the pages. Also, your help in the locations where to purchase food if cooking etc., is very helpful. Hubby loves Whole Foods as he’s on a low-salt low-fat diet via his Dr.
Looking forward to the detail for your Mai Tai Party. See you there! I can’t wait to meet you.

    Regards,
    Sandi & George
