Here’s my recipe for my favorite quick, refreshing cocktail. I call it Pink Bliss. 2 oz. Malibu Rum 1.5 oz. Pineapple juice 1.5 oz. Cranberry juice (unsweetened) Shake ingredients in a mixer, pour over shaved ice, top with lime wedge and a slice of pineapple.
