Nice Guy Finishes First: Praise for Josh Jerman
James and I are lucky to call Josh Jerman a friend. He’s also a sponsor of our latest edition of Top Maui Restaurants. That’s why we were so pleased when this article was recently published in the Maui Weekly.
The headline says it all: “Nice Guy Finishes First“
It’s glowing prose, but it’s also true: and it perfectly captures Josh. He’s the real deal: honest, good-hearted, akamai (intelligent), and a great realtor. Here’s a photo of him with Mayor Alan Arakawa and Maui Chamber of Commerce President Pamela Tumpap at an award ceremony earlier this year where Josh won “Young Small Business Person of the Year.”
As a realtor at Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, Josh specializes in the kind of “dream home” so many of us imagine living in. And every year since 2004 his scholarship foundation has helped Maui County seniors realize their dream of attending college. As someone who relied on scholarships to pay for much of my four year education at Tufts University, I can attest that they’re crucial for some of us to get a leg up in life.
