Chef Beverly Gannon headlines the "Zin in Paradise" festival in San Francisco January 28-30.
Maui’s own Chef Bev Gannon (Gannon’s, Hali’imaile General Store, Joe’s) heads to San Francisco this week to “headline” the 19th Annual Zinfandel Advocates & Producers Festival – Zin in Paradise – January 28-30.
If you’re in San Fran, check out Chef Gannon as she makes her crab cannelloni with saffron cream sauce and “Joe’s Favorite Meatloaf” (known as James’ favorite meatloaf in our house). Gannon’s creations will be served with Three Wine Company and Peachy Canyon Winery.
The all-zinfandel festical features more than 200 Zinfandel-specialist wineries from all across California pouring their barrel samples and new releases during three days at four separate events.
