This medium-sized health food store is the place to shop in South Maui for a small, but careful, selection of groceries, produce, vitamins, and beauty items. Prices are high compared to other health food stores on the island, but those other stores are very far away from Kamaole Beach Park I. We think of this as a convenience store that sells health food.

The prepared foods bar is very good and well-shopped, so it turns over frequently. The hot entrées can be tasty but tend to be on the bland side (the mock chicken is pretty good and the baked yams are scrumptious). The fresh fruit smoothies are especially recommended.
