Re-fresh: Humuhumunukunukuapua’a

If you’re on Maui this week, you might want to join us for dinner at the Grand Wailea’s signature restaurant, Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, where they’re hosting a a special five course wine dinner featuring one of James’s favorite vineyards, Caymus.

At $125 per ticket, we had to think about it – but we’re refreshing our reviews for the new edition of the guide, so our budget is, as always, nearly entirely devoted to food these days. We finally decided it was worth it. This restaurant is incredibly beautiful, and the Chinese Style Beef Cheek “Red Roast” is already making my mouth water.
