Re-fresh: Humuhumunukunukuapua’a
If you’re on Maui this week, you might want to join us for dinner at the Grand Wailea’s signature restaurant, Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, where they’re hosting a a special five course wine dinner featuring one of James’s favorite vineyards, Caymus.
(Special secret message to my dear friend Kate in Colorado, this post is for you.)
At $125 per ticket, we had to think about it – but we’re refreshing our reviews for the new edition of the guide, so our budget is, as always, nearly entirely devoted to food these days. We finally decided it was worth it. This restaurant is incredibly beautiful, and the Chinese Style Beef Cheek “Red Roast” is already making my mouth water.
Apparently there are still a few seats left, so, let us know if you’re joining us.
Call for reservations: 808-875-1234, ext. 4900
$125/per person, 5:30pm dinner on Friday, October 14.
